REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow REPLACEMENT or CANCELLATION for all orders as per the following conditions:
– Orders shall be replaced or cancelled prior to the departure of the delivery personnel.
– Customized items, Catering Services and Buffet orders shall be replaced or cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery schedule.
Queen’s Taste will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
All refunds shall be made to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds may be made via bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to us.
We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
